概述

Overview

中海启航科技（北京）有限公司相控阵T/R组件自动测试系统用于射频收发组件各项性能指标的自动化测试。测试指标包括：输出功率、接收增益、噪声系数、移相衰减精度、杂散谐波、带内平坦度、输入输出驻波比、隔离度等。系统可以极大地提高T/R组件的测试效率，缩短产品的研制周期，并实现测试数据的全生命周期管理。

The automatic test system for phased array T/R modules of China Sailingtek Company Limited is used for the automatic test of various specifications of RF transceiver modules. Test specifications include: output power, receiving gain, noise figure, phase shift accuracy, variable attenuation accuracy, spurious harmonics, in-band flatness, input and output VSWR, isolation and so on. The system can greatly improve the test efficiency of T/R components, shorten the development cycle of products, and realize the full life cycle management of test data.

组成

Composition

测试系统的工作频率覆盖10MHz～67GHz（可通过变频器扩展至太赫兹频段）。主要由矢量网络分析仪、信号源、频谱分析仪、功率计及探头、程控电源、开关矩阵、高性能射频电缆、多功能控制单元、测试软件、系统附件（包括机柜及工装、主控计算机、网络控制设备、温度检测单元）等组成。

The operating frequency of the test system covers 10MHz ~ 67GHz (which can be extended to Terahertz frequency band by frequency converter). It is mainly composed of vector network analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, power meter and probe, programmable power supply, switch matrix, high-performance RF cable, multi-functional control unit, test software, system accessories (including cabinet, tooling equipment, main control computer, network control equipment and temperature detection unit), etc.
