概述

Overview

在相控阵天线工作时，各通道之间的互耦会导致天线有源S参数性能恶化。有源S参数自动测试系统支持工作状态下最多108个通道的驻波比等S参数、互耦以及整阵驻波比等S参数的测试；

When the phased array antenna is working, the coupling between channels will lead to the deterioration of the active S parameter performance of the antenna. The active S-parameter automatic test system supports the test of S-parameters such as VSWR of up to 108 channels, coupling and whole array VSWR under working conditions.

系统具备自校准功能，测试系统的S参数校准操作简单；

系统具备扩展能力，测试通道数量可任意配置。

组成

Composition

相控阵天线有源S参数自动测试系统频率覆盖0.4～67GHz（可通过变频器扩展至太赫兹频段）。主要由矢量网络分析仪、开关矩阵、驱动放大单元、主控计算机、高性能射频电缆、机柜、控制软件等组成。

The automatic test system for active S-parameters of phased array antenna covers the frequency range of 0. 4 ~ 67 GHz (which can be extended to the Terahertz band through the frequency converter). It mainly consists of a vector network analyzer, switch matrix, drive amplification unit, main control computer, high-performance RF cables, cabinets, control software, etc.
