中海启航科技（北京）有限公司多路微波组件自动测试系统将微波组件全指标测试所需的测量仪表进行集成，测量仪表之间的控制互连采用网线或GPIB连接，可实现对多路微波组件增益、相位、噪声系数、相位噪声、杂散谐波、带内平坦度、输入输出驻波比、隔离度等各项技术指标自动测试。

The multi-channel microwave module automatic test system of China Sailingtek Company Limited integrates the measuring instruments required for the full index test of microwave modules, and the control interconnection between measuring instruments is connected by network cable or GPIB. It can automatically test the gain, phase, noise figure, phase noise, spurious harmonics, in-band flatness, input and output VSWR, isolation and other technical indicators of multi-channel microwave modules.

组成

Composition

系统覆盖频率1～67GHz（可通过变频器扩展至太赫兹频段）。主要由工控机、矢量网络分析仪、信号源、直流电源、信号分析仪、功率计、开关矩阵和测试软件等构成。

The system covers frequencies from 1 to 67 GHz (which can be extended to the Terahertz band by a frequency converter). It is mainly composed of industrial computer, vector network analyzer, signal source, DC power supply, signal analyzer, power meter, switch matrix and test software.
