中海启航科技（北京）有限公司太赫兹元器件、部件测试平台可以完成高达1.1THz的元器件、部件特性测试。 测试的元器件、部件包含无源器件如衰减器、滤波器、功分器、隔离器、定向耦合器、天线、传输线等，以及有源器件如低噪声放大器、功率放大器、变频器和收发组件等。对这些被测件，测试的特性参数包括驻波、增益、输入输出功率、增益压缩、三阶交调、噪声系数，以及谐波、杂散、AM-PM失真等。测量的条件既支持连续波激励，也支持脉冲射频激励测试。

The Terahertz components and module test platform of China Sailingtek Company Limited can complete the characteristic test of components and parts up to 1.1THz. The tested components and components include passive devices such as attenuators, filters, power dividers, isolators, directional couplers, antennas, transmission lines, etc., and active devices such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, frequency converters and transceiver components. For these devices, VSWR, gain, input and output power, gain compression, third-order intermodulation, noise figure, and harmonics, spurious, AM-PM distortion are measured. The conditions of the measurement support both continuous wave  and pulsed RF tests.

Composition

    太赫兹元器件、部件测试平台由矢量网络分析仪、信号源、频谱分析仪、扩频模块、测试工装、测试电缆、主控计算机及测试软件等组成。

    The Terahertz component and module test platform is composed of vector network analyzer, signal source, spectrum analyzer, frequency convertor, test tools, test cables, main control computer and test software.
